Shipping a white-label product in six weeks
A breakdown of how we took a client's idea to a rebrandable, resold product.

A digital agency came to us with a familiar problem: their clients kept asking for a CRM, and building one from scratch for each client wasn't sustainable. They needed a single product they could rebrand and resell under their own name, without becoming a software company themselves.
We spent the first week on architecture, not features: a multi-tenant data model, a theming layer for logos and colour, and a licensing system that let the agency spin up a new client instance without touching code. Getting that foundation right up front is what made the following weeks fast.
Weeks two through five were execution: core CRM functionality, an admin panel for the agency to manage their own client accounts, and a deployment pipeline that could stand up a fresh, rebranded instance in minutes. We worked from the agency's own customer portal, so they watched progress in real time instead of waiting on weekly updates.
By week six the agency had a working product under their own brand, sellable to their client base at whatever price they chose. We stayed on for post-launch support, but the product itself was theirs: the whole point of white-label work is that our name doesn't need to be on it.
